physical, not really unless theres enough of it and it say melts the bullit or whatever

electrical...maybe...a plasma is ionized, might absorb the electrons

lasers, no...wouldn't affect photons

This plasma shield is bullshit that the Russians came up with at the end of the cold war as an answer agaisnt our stealth technology. This was over 20 years ago, if it were real we would have heard more about it since then.
