What would you do if you was the (night) general manager in the dining room?

I needed a cigarette, it's been 3 hrs., I'm all caught up on the dishes, but I go ask the (night) kitchen manager if I can go smoke, he says "no!-when I say so!" so I go tell the other manager, she says: "sorry, I'm not in charge of the kitchen, HE is, so it's up to him!"...the next night, I'm backed up, & he says: "GO SMOKE!" & the other manager has a fit cause I'm backed up on the dishes, but I told her: "He's my boss, I do as he says, remember?"-& I went to smoke!

Well, there you go !! You get that ................ pair of pea brains basically arguing about wot?? A sanity break?? ............. Makes you wonder how and why doesn't it???...........:0)
