Not watching something you disagree with isn't a liberal quality. It's a quality of an ignorant person by definition. Your lame attempt at an insult is ridiculous.
Let me give you a few statements slowly so you can understand what I'm saying. Hopefully your ignorance will dissipate at least a little:
- I am a liberal
- I love America
- I have debates with my Conservative friends and believe that if they are able to beat me, then they win and I should re-examine my belief set
- I've watched Bill O'Reilly even though I don't agree with him.
- I've watched Hannity & Colmes even though I don't agree with what they say at times.
So what was that about your labelling? How would it make you feel if I told you that all conservatives label, generalize, and demonize anything they don't like.
Because that's what you're doing right now. Oh wait, that would be hypocritical of me, huh? Oh well... in truth, I know better. There are differences between conservatives.
Also, right now your insulting anything you don't agree with. So I think you need to sit down and have a think about what it means to be understanding as you claim you are.

I'm a liberal. I can actually stomach Bill O'Reilly better than Glenn Beck. I've never caught one minute of Keith Olbermann.
Your question is somewhat personal. I myself would not force myself to watch something just because my spouse watched it. However, I am not married. I would rather remain single for the rest of my life than force myself to watch something so blatantly manipulative and nod along like an idiot.
The principal reason why I do not watch Fox News is not because I disagree with the politics, but because I disagree with their journalistic practices.

Politics makes strange bed fellows. You should rotate between watching Bill O'Reilly together, and watching Keith Olbermann.

Funny, I never watched fox news til I heard all the liberals screeching in hate about it. Now I make a point to watch it every day along with Headline news and CNN and the local channels. So far they are pretty much a regular news outlet and unless I need to watch something special, I fail to see the reason for liberals having a cow over it.

I watch CNN & Fox so I can get both sides of the story.
The liberals aren't the only ones who refuse to watch anything they don't agree with. The only time my boyfriend watches CNN is when we watch the Glenn Beck show. (Probably the only conservative on CNN)
O'reilly is pretty conservative but he does a better job at being "fair & balanced" than Olbermann! I don't like Rush but Olbermann seems to routinely twist & misquote Rush to make him sound absolutley evil.

My opinion is that you can't disagree with something you don't keep current tabs on, but I don't blame you for not watching O'Reilly, he's a tool no matter what his beliefs are.

depends on if Bill O'Reilly is shoving republican ideology down his throat.
why does a republican even ask? they know that their opinions only matter.
and when does a republican listen to anything a liberal has to say? that is with out name calling and defamation.

Bill is a puppet of the NEO CON owned media. Watch him mix half truths with lies.
In this present terrified admin. you are responsible for telling the truth because so many have been fouled mentally from the psycho-abuse of the Bush propaganda machine.

Bill O'Riley is waffling He recently spoke out against gay sex with underage kids. That is 100% against the established Redpublican agenda.
Your safer listening to FAUX than seeing anything.
