You need to advertise. Maybe a radio commercial on the weekends when commercial air time is the cheapest. Catch them on the way to church on Sunday and talk about the delicious treat doughnuts. You should also call charities that have events. You could be there giving away your doughnuts. Of course, bring some flyers with your location, hours open, and some type of coupon. Good luck.

You should try making any kind of advertisement. Put up flyers all over the city, make commercials, e.t.c. Or, make sure that they're low in calories because that will get people a lot more satisfied and happy than with regular high in fat doughnuts.

Make them cheap and lower in calories than Krispy Kreme's 220 per doughnut. They must taste great, too. It's difficult.
