No not really.
If you feel like experiementing Sure. pour it in, it won't kill anything, except don't leave it in the carb bowl until you know if it jells inside it. (material compatibility problem.)

Of course if you want it to run right you'll haveta re-jet.
Then you'll discover that the compression ratio is not high enough on your atv and since the timing is also non adjustable, your stuck with lazy response AND no power.
Also e85, is ethanol, at 85 % by volume right? that means that AFTER EVERY RIDE, because of the metals in your fuel system (carb bowl and stuff) you might haveta drain the bowl to keep the JELLY out.

Now all that is old school advise, and since e85 is new school, I think you should help us out with a lil field test.
1. Drain all the gas out of your tank and drain the carb bowl.
2. pour in e85.
3, Go for a ride.
4. Tell us how it runs
5. let it sit in your carb for a couple weeks and see if it gels.
6. pour some in a open glass container and let it sit out for 2 weeks. keep refilling the container, see if it attracts water fro the air. heck put it in your bathroom when you shower. to speed it up.

cars will be able to get around this because newcars will be fuel injected and somehow the car's computer can tell the difference in the fuel composition and adjust things to fit the alcohol.
A 69 camaro or even a 86 GN might still have some problems with it though.
