i have a haynes manual and can't find anything on an oil pressure sensor. the end of this thing where the wire hooks looks like the very tip of a spark plug

oil pressure sensor blew out . get into a different vehicle . taking sensor with you to parts store. being careful to not break it off

Oil pressure sensor! Replace it, your leak will be fixed.

Oil pressure sending unit. Needs replaced. you will need to know if you have a gauge or warning light when you go to get a new one. New sender will have thread sealant already on the threads ready to install.

One pressure sensor is for the gage.
One pressure switch for the computer.
