More and more, I am reading about the treachery and treason of liberals on this forum. They have sided with Al Quaeda, aided the side of the terrorists and undermined America. Serious, serious allegations!

My question is for all those who have discovered this activity...what are you going to do about it? It is your DUTY as loyal and patriotic Americans to act on your discovery. You must not allow the liberals to get away with it! In fact, if you simply ignore it, you are enabling the activity! Equally reprehensible and illegal.

Shouting your findings on this forum clearly hasn't worked, because they are still carrying on with their treasonous activity. So what is the next step? How far are you willing to go to rid America of the treasonous Democrats? What do you find to be your patriotic duty as Americans?

WOW - sarcasm was lost on all of you! I was merely challenging all those who have called the liberals treasonous. I'm sick of all their ridiculous postings, and wanted to see what they were REALLY going to do about it. But you all seem to think that I am inciting violence!

Uh huh.

You're walking a fine line here.

Firstly, patriotism is only love for one's country... NOT everything that it does. Look patriotism up in a dictionary. I love my country and I'm a liberal. Do I love terrorists? NO. Not even close. I hate terrorists and I don't appreciate being told that because I'm a liberal I support terrorism. Because I don't. You don't know me, you just want to demonize me and my beliefs.

You're right about if one finds treasonous behaviour that ignoring it would be enabling it. However, jumping to conclusions without fully understanding a situation is just as bad. You are doing just that. You don't understand democrats or liberals or their views nor do you try. You just sit in your chair, listen to your favourite biased news sources that tell you that liberals, when they say that they don't like the war in Iraq are actually saying that they don't like our soldiers and therefore like the other side (terrorists) more. Which couldn't be farther from the truth. You're basically a McCarthyist.

Also, I know that there aren't 50% liberals 50% conservatives in this country but it's pretty evened out, I think, so you believe that the entire liberal population is against America? If that was true we would've already sunk. Such a large population moving towards terrorism would've already killed us.

And now on to your last paragraph. What is this treasonous activity I'm doing? I don't believe I'm selling secrets to the commies or the terrorists or the North Koreans. I don't believe I've ever said that I WANT us to loose a war. I will say that I believe we are loosing this war (which if you don't see that their are problems then you're blind). I see no reason other than your own ignorance for this claim of "treason". My opinions are my own and in America the point is that I can believe or say anything I want. I'm allowed and encouraged to criticize my government. It's all part of getting better as a people and a country. Those of you, however, who yell wolf (or terrorist) after anyone is labelled or labels themself a terroris is not only disgusting and ridiculous, but shows your lack of understanding in politics. I'm not saying all Conservatives do this. There is a group in the Conservative section of this country that talks like this fellow here.

Basically, to summarize:

You think you know so much more than you actually do about politics. You also have a perverted view of what this country is. I think you should take 1st through 5th grade over. Maybe then the teacher will be able to tell you, in the simplest terms, that what makes this country great is the assimilation of all ideas and cultures. That we are FREE.

{Edit}

To Person Above Me:

So? My grandfather faught in WWII, Korean war, and served in Vietnam. Does that make me more or less of an American? I'm proud my grandfather faught for this country but I'm not about to keep my mouth shut because I don't like something in this country because it makes you think I'm a terrorist.

Coming from a strong conservative with eight years of military service, I understand the value of patriotism and fighting the enemy on a united front. I also understand the meaning of treason, and speech does not usually constitute it (more on that later). In fact, my service to this country was (among other reasons) for that freedom of speech.

Unfortunately, liberals hurt themselves for decades in their anti-war demonstrations during the Vietnam War era. Neglecting the merits of that war, the hate and moral judgments directed at our soldiers became so intense that it cost a great many American lives .. even approaching treason. We understand the full degree of harm from those anti-American activities, and now we are sensitive to all similar protests as treasons, when they are not. From an ex-soldier, we do not care about public opinion concerning our orders .. the mass anti-war demonstrations concerning Iraq had little affect on us because we know that some people will always disagree with their representatives and that we soldiers are sworn to follow our leaders (bound by our oath of enlistment and the UCMJ [military law]).

Here is treason by speech: Violence, espionage, aiding enemies with material support or services or denying the same from fellow citizens (incl. taxes and military service), and empathy for enemies/moral judgment against fellow citizens (incl. condemnations to hell and to death). I do NOT see any of this here at YA! by Americans, but I would not hesitate to act against any threat which I deemed credible.

I am compelled to point out this is still a country that protects freedom of speech. The real treason here is calling for a vigilante mob to suppress dissent. Call it McCarthyism or Nazi-ism but the end results would be the same.
I can hardly consider this posting anything less than an endorsement of totalitarian suppression.
Who do you work for, I wonder.
The answer to your question : Support the Constitution against ALL enemies, foreign AND domestic. Ever serve in the military ? Then you would remember this oath.

oh bull crap...I am not teasonous if I disagree with you, the president or anyone else. You are treasonous if you use the Constitution for nothing more than liner for your bird cage.

WOW "KELLY" THIS IS THE FIRST EXAMPLE OF CENSURESHIP I'VE EVER SEEN IN THE US THAT IS CENSURING POLITICAL THOUGHT.

I googled the text of the act and have fouond it to be too complex for the common person to understand. This is a document that can very well be used in a very bad way, because the definitions are not tight and the follow up not straight foreward regarding the treatment of "suspects". If this law stands as is and does not separate ordinary persons or even well know oppostion leaders from the term terrorist better, we are just plain screwed

Mine, I would turn them into the FBI. I don't understand how people in the US could and would tolerate it! My father was in WWII my grandfather in WWI and me, married to a Vietnam solider. Yet our liberals are ready to take full advantage of all the US has to offer. If you don't like it here, move the he-- out! We who are proud of our country, are patriotic will see you off. A kick stiff in the a_ _ and be glad they are gone. I'm with you, stop taking what America has to offer!

One thing for sure. Don't turn it over to the FBI. All one has to do is observe what they done in the Sandy Burger case. Stealing national secrets/papers and FBI does absolutely nothing.

Was a great show on it last night on Fox. Made you really think about some of our governments dealings. In fact, enough to make you sick.
