What dance style are they dancing? It seems like you're looking for qualified dance teachers. You can use http://www.ndca.org to find out if they are registered Ballroom teachers/judges. However, for ballroom, qualifications as a teacher means very little. There are good professionals who didn't bother with qualifications, and there are bad professionals who have no talent but passed the exam.
