I've never seen them. I've seen the Caramel Apple pops. Is that what you mean? Those came out in 1995. I don't even see them listed on tootsie.com their official website. All they list is grape, cherry, chocolate, orange, raspberry, watermelon, blue raspberry, strawberry, and their newest flavor is lemon-lime. But they do say more flavors are coming soon, so hopefully caramel is one of them.
So what store(s) did you find them at?

No...I've seen them before..are you talking about the carmel apple pops? Those are good. Haven't seen the tootsie pops yet!
