Was just wondering what construction per square ft in Balt, maryland for building an addition on my home? have not decided if I want to go up or out yet but probably out, can anyone give me any info please?

No idea in Baltimore, but additions and remodeling usually runs more than new construction.

I imagine that $100.00 min per sq. ft. can be obtained in most localities.

If you think you can handle that, then add at least 50% or double that by the time you're finished. You'll usually have several add-ons by the end.
In 1992 I ended with 50% more than plan. No permits, out of city. Arkansas.

Check with a pro, but bear in mind that you may need an architect to draw plans in order to obtain permits.
