Yes, it's a word, but it doesn't show up in any dictionary that I'm privy to. The government doesn't want you to know about that word, because they fear it could jeopardize their plans to make stuff stretch, thereby defeating the Communists.

It isn't in my dictionary but sure it is a word if in using it, you can be sure that the listener : a) understands your meaning; b) thinks it is a rational, appropriate description of what you are trying to convey;c) laughs at what you said and not at your grammar;
