They used to sell this "My Size Barble" at Toys R Us which was 3 feet fall and wore a princess dress. The ad said that you can "share" your clothes with and even where her dress! To tell you the truth, having a lifesize doll in a child's room freaks me out.

I saw a life sized doll in Hammleys England's largest toy store,But it was soooo ugly..

Not sure about the largest, but my 2 1/2 yr. old has a Dora doll almost as big as she is. (a little creepy).
