100 percent there is. People on earth can explain things out because of what they know and what they have in life. Aliens may be living or non living, or maybe in between. Strange events arrive, we cant explain. Disaster. No life involved or caused by these. Example, twisters, typoons or natural calamity. These are things which we cannot consider living. Consider these as aliens. What we always consider are aliens who may exist with life. Human understanding is still limited.

No one knows yet. So far scientists haven't found any signs of them. However biologically it seems it is fairly likely some exist out there somewhere. To know for sure you'll just have to wait; a number of prominent scientists expect to recieve an alien signal by around 2030, so if they're right you won't have too long to wait.
