No one has used that on me but they have asked me to stop certain things . I feel if I can't be myself than they have chosen the wrong person and would have known me well enough before hand that I feel that way . Trying to change me when I'm happy with myself isn't going to work .

No ones ever used the term on me but I did learn what it means.

My best friend in the world. She's like my big sister. She used to work in Afghanistan. The second time she left, I realized what that term means. I wanted nothing more than for her not to go, stay home and be alive and save. But I knew that this is what she loved to do, what she wanted to do and I knew that if anything did happen to her, it is would have been the way she wanted to go. So I learned that despite me wanting her to be home, I do love her and want her to be happy. Even if it means her being happy in a very dangerous, deadly place.

I have had someone ask me to give up my entire life and move to another country with them....

Absolutely not. We had only been dating like for two months and I had to end it... That was just crazy.

So when I told her no, she freaked out and serious went off the deep end. So ending it was the best thing for both of us.

I've personally never used it, no.
I've seen my best friend use it on her now ex-husband all the time. He gave up a few things for her, but in the end it all blew up in her face.
I learned from her mistakes.
