Luckily the Constitution is a LIVING document, even our dear Jefferson changed his mind about the roll of the American Federal Government. Otherwise some of us could still be under Spain or Mexico, and some still French and others Russian.

The Constitution a Living document, now did you want to know the original duties? which include the Census, and foreign relations just to get started.

Responsibility Nr.1: Insure the US government agrees and follow Britain's policies.
Responsibility Nr.2: Eliminate anyone who unconver their plots and bring them in the foreground.
