There is a website called lulu.com
Here it is:
www.lulu.com
It is free publishing and is sold on the internet. Anyone from Europe and North America can buy the books. You can see the prices in euros, pounds, or dollars.
You should look at it. I have three books on there myself.

Usually what you do is write the first chapter and then a summary of all the chapters to follow. You then submit it to publishers who publish the kind of book it is. Then you sit back and wait for the rejection letters to flood in.

Write table of contents, first and second chapter and book's information, target group and don't forget your contact information.
Send them to pulbisher, after 1 week call and ask them about your propasal. Oh, don't send to many publishers at the same time.

You might check out Lulu.com. They don't charge you anything until you make money on it.
