Rent. I used to own my own home, but I decided to move and I can't afford to buy in the bay area. So I'm happily renting a house. Cheaper than mortgage payments and all the costs that go with owning!

Banks predict over 6 million foreclosures over the next 24 months..

If intrested i know a place that offers "foreclosure relief"
its a $39 policy that will give you $3000 for emergency moving/relocation fee or deposit on rentals and if you are foreclosed. The catch ? It does not pay anything unless you are foreclosed and must relocate

Many will be selling trying desperate to get out before foreclosures ..
