Strengths
-Large fleet of aircraft
-Known for reliability/have a good reputation
Weaknesses
-Not as well known as UPS
-Not as big as UPS/FedEX
Opportunities
-Expansion in China or India
Threats
-Even if the price of fuel goes up, DHL can pass that along to the customer but fuel is always a concern both in price and availability
-If the government says vehicles and aircraft need to burn fuel more efficiently, DHL may have to spend money upgrading their fleet

Sounds like b-school homework.
Compare it to FedEx and UPS.
Just think FedEx and UPS are the big boys in the industry. How will DHL compete against them? What are some weaknesses they have that DHL can take advantage of? Check their websites to see how their distribution networks and/or operations differ, maybe you can find some opportunities to exploit.
