Sometimes I'll receive msgs hours later and voice messages w/o my phone even ringing. They all come in after I make an outgoing call so it's almost if my service goes into an idle mode. Customer Service upgraded my roaming features, software upgrades, etc. and finally gave me an entirely new phone but it's still not working. Any tips? Please help!

How do you know it's the phone and not the carrier? I have the same phone, so I'm curious?

Complain, complain, and complain to Verizon. Let them put ou on hold till they give you a tech person, not customer service. I'm sincerely thinking of getting the LG VX8300 tomorrow for my daughter.
