letter g & h do not always work?

Question

I have an older HP laptop, Evey so often when I use it, the letters g & h do not work. I may need to log off and on 4 or 5 times to fix this problem. Any ideas on how to fix this?

have a look and see if theres anything sticking the keys
since its old its proberly got jammed of fluff/haires etc

try these first
1, turn laptop upside down and give it a shake and a tap
2, useing a brush attachment hoover the keys
3 buy a can of air or if you have a jet line blow out the dirt etc from the keys but set on a gentle setting
i thnk this will cure the problem u have

No...but you might call the manufacturer and ask them after you have checked your manual to see if it is answered there...good luck
