You can only buy them (usually) for a few days before and after the 4th of July. Every state has different laws, but Indian Reservations can sell whatever they want. If you buy them there though, beware of shooting them off where they can cause a fire. Depends where you live. I drive into Pennsylvania to buy mine.
I know you can also get fireworks in Ohio and "South of the Border" in South Carolina.
You can also buy what they call "safe and sane" fireworks in states like Hew Hampshire and Connecticut. This means, only things like fountains and sparklers and other things like that. No rockets and I don't think you can buy any firecrackers either. Just the weak stuff.

I dont know where you live but Atlas fireworks is located in New Hampshire in various locations search for atlas and you can find just about anything youre looking for try atlas.com or search fireworks and maybe they can refer you to someone in a state closer to you
