because I am going to get a collection of state spoons and i needed to put them in something that can be displayed to you know what they are called? Also do you know where I can find them at a good price?

You either mean a Chia Cabinet (Big) or a Display case (Small)

Ask some older relatives if they have a display case that they don't use anymore.
Also, you can probably find a display case for a reasonable price in a department store, or you can use Ebay or Google. If anyone in your family has woodworking tools, they are very easy to make.
