XXII is 22 and II is February. 2007 would be MMVII, so you could write XXII. II. MMVII.

If you want to add the year...that's a bit more complicated. You could go for 2007 in roman numerals, or, better, go for the AUC year ("since the foundation of the city") which i believe is 2760...MMCCCMLX, but I could be very wrong with the year. The date itself though, is perfectly accurate.
