Well, the Holy Bible is at the top of my list of reading.

As to reading other books, that would be really hard, and would depend on the mood I'm in, how old I was at the time, etc.

I mean, at 6yo I thought that "Little Black Sambo" was a great book, and I really liked his umbrella!

As a teenager I discovered Susan Cooper, Anne McCaffrey, and Tolkien.

I have moved on from these and now enjoy biographies, "Slave" by Mende Nazer being my favourite.

Jane Austen is one of my favourite authors, so I like all of her books.

I'm just an all-round book lover!!!

Blessings, Gypsy Queen

When I was a teenager, I'd definately agree with The Outsiders. I have a best book EVER for every "era" of my life. Right now? In my 30's? I'm in love with Harry Potter books and Jodi Picoult.

Exodus, by Leon Uris.

Read it as a kid and it had an enormous impact on me.

Also: Catcher in the Rye.

For fun, though: The Outlander (series). Fantastic stuff!
