Can I get rid of a 2.5 Million dollar US Government Judgement that was placed on me by a Federal Judge for Damages? I would really hate to have this on my credit for the rest of my life and have them take anything I would own in the future.

Other an appeal of the judges verdict or paying it off. I don't see how.

That's a heavy burden that you are carrying.

Just pay it up and after seven years it will come off your credit report. You should be able to whip up 2.5 million in a heartbeat.

You are what we call a cash cow, which is where we go to get money.

What do you have a 2.5 million dollar judgment for?

You can't just simply make a judgment go away unless you pay it, negotiate a settlement or file for bankruptcy. Consult a local bankruptcy attorney to see if the debt can be discharged in bankruptcy.
