He does not allow me to touch his computer, so I cant see what hes typing or can not install any software too. Is there some remote tool that will help me find his password?I need his password to see the mails they are sharing between them.

No, only if you can guess it. Or sometimes you can go to the webmail site...do a "forgot password" and hopefully you know the answers to the questions.
If you have any access to his computer when he's not there, you can install key logging software (which you'd have to buy) and see if you can get it that way. You can install tracking software, such as Net Nanny and it will keep copies of all his emails and chats...but again this requires you to be able to load and configure the software on his computer.
The fact that he won't let you touch his computer or see what he's typing is probably enough proof though. I work in IT and I know when people are hiding something. They quickly minimize the window when you walk in etc.
There are other signs of cheating...if they exist as well, you'd be better off to move on.

NO - this is not the answer. If everyone took this attitude we would have no privacy.
You say that your boy friend is cheating on you. How do you know? You don't know for certain and you want his password so you can confront him with some irrefuteable evidence. What is the point? If you suspect him of cheating on you then you need to behave like an adult and assume he is innocent until he is proven guilty. This DOES NOT mean staying with him even if he says he;s sorry. You are a grown woman and you are in total control of your own path through life. You need to make a decision regards staying with him and believing and trusting that he is not having an affair, or you need to listen to your inner warnings and leave him because you do not trust him. Either way you potentially need to talk about this. He needs to know you have doubts. It not a request from you for an apology from him - it a very important life decision for you. I have been married to my wife for 29 years and our relationship is based on total trust. As her partner it is my duty not do anything that would sow the seeds of doubt in her mind about my loyalty and love for her. If was I to even flirt with others then this is wrong. I would never spy on her or her on me because we know each other have have earned and built that trust together.
In your situation it sounds like your trust for this person is being pushed and he is most likely pushing it - ask yourself even if you found out for certain that he was cheating would you want him back? Could you trust him ever again? Would he be there no matter what when you needed him? From the tone of your question I believe you have partially answered those questions and the relationship is already on the rocks. You need to manage your own path and with the right person in your life the management is shared and trusting without any doubts.

Instead of getting the password, get a different boy friend instead. Makes a lot more sense. The new one will end up doing the same thing eventually also, so plan on getting another one after him. The best thing to do is to line up 7 or 8 new ones you can go through one after another once they get tired of you and start talking to someone else. Otherwise you will spend all your time trying to get passwords and won't have time for anything else.

If he's got to hide what he's doing on the computer instead of being up front and honest about things and can't involve you and share in what he's doing and or talking to that's no relationship. A relationship is based on trust and honesty and if you don't have that in a relationship you don't have one to begin with. Dump him and find someone that willing to share and involve you in things. But sometimes you do need your space and alone time from each other, but if alone time means cheating its not worth the heartache in the long run.

What do you do if you know that he is shearing great mails with his new one . She will be unlucky soon as your boy friend(!) will lose interest in her in a short while . If you can't trust him then you should not be with him, trust is a very important part of any relationship, without it, you will not go very far.

there are ways of obtaining information like that but like another poster has said they are highly illegal and a waste of good resources.
if he is cheating on you whats the point in knowing what he is talking about? you should just accept the inevitable and move on with your life.
