I need to write a staff policy for my business. So I can outline to my employees exactly what is expected of them. Where do I start?

You can search microsoft.com online for downloadable templates/samples of various business documents, including many HR documents. You'll need to modify it for your own organization's circumstances, and I recommend running it by your legal department for approval before implementation.

there are several boiler plate forms on line. You can generally just modify them to fit your needs.
