You have one of the latest variants of the Smitfraud infection. Here is a link to complete removal instructions.
How to remove SpyLocked (Removal Instructions):
http://www.bleepingcomputer.com/forums/topic85376.html
Most "general-purpose" anti-malware programs such as Norton, AVG, AdAware, etc. can not or will not remove this pest Smitfraud. And most who would tell you such, have no actual factual information. They are simply touting there favorite anti-virus or anti-spyware as as "cure for everything".
Good luck!

its the zlob trojan
If you do not have firefox get it now and use it instead of internet explorer so you dont get any more spyware http://securitynewsfromthenet.blogspot.com/
To remove the spyware/trojan/virus run steps 1-2-3
1) If you have not already scanned your comp with spybot http://securitynewsfromthenet.blogspot.com/2007/03/spybot-search-and-destroy-spyware-and.html do that now .Update it (Latest updates 28-3-2007) and then run it so it gets rid of all the spyware and trojans in safe mode
1b) Run AVG Anti-Spyware Free
http://securitynewsfromthenet.blogspot.com/2007/03/avg-anti-spyware-free.html
2) Do an online virus scan to check and remove virus and spyware if you still have viruses on your computer. And let us know if the online virus scan still finds any virus or spyware .

"called spyware lock or something" isn't enough info. Please provide the correct name. Best guess, it's a marketing ploy, don't click on it!
Check in Add/Remove Programs and delete if found. Re-boot your PC and run all anti-spyware AND anti-virus tests.
Re-boot your PC again and see if it went away.

Use an antivirus like AVG Free. If that doesn't work HijackThis will.
Note: You can easily mess up your system with Hijack This, if you use it get help from an online forum. I think there is an official one on their site.
