The one thing that the French have that's better than ours is their National Anthem. Oh, and their climate as well, I suppose. Ours is boring, slow, and doesn't really say anything worth getting patriotic about.
I've nothing against the Royal Family. I live in the middle of London and the RF are great for tourism, without which I wouldn't be blessed with half the restaurants, pubs, frequent Tube service, all-night supermarkets and so on that I am. I also like seeing all the ceremonies, too, when I'm in the area (marching bands, horsemen etc). We often walk down past Buckingham Palace on a Sunday when the roads round there are closed to traffic. It's nice.
Raddish - in the UK there are no circumstances under which one is required to sing the National Anthem. So if you had a phobia about saying the word "God" when you don't believe in His existence, you just wouldn't need to join in on the rare occasions when you are with a group of people who are singing it. Nobody would do or say anything.
The last time I sung the National Anthem was at a football match. I was quite drunk at the time.

What do you mean? It's a national song, 200 years old. It hurts no one! America has 'The Stars and Stripes' Australia has 'Advance Australia fair' Germany had Dueschland Uber Alles' (Germany over all) France has 'The Marseilles' Russia had 'The Red Banner' What the big deal?

Yes,God save her! We Americans laugh and dismiss you Brits and your royalty but in our hearts we miss having them! Look at how we talk of 'Camelot' and the 'Bush royalty'! Yes! GOD SAVE THE QUEEN!!! She is still a symbol that deserves veneration and respect!
