please tell me, does removing a spyware deletes the whole file or only the spyware

coz if it deletes the file, den d system may get crashed

plzz help

it changes the file name extension , and quarantines it so the computer cant read it , make sure you get a spyware remover which doesnt put other malicious software on your computer , or the only thing you will be able to do after that, is open your cd drive place windows in , and then start over.
