a lot. i heard of a similar penny that some coin collector paid a ridiculous amount of money for. i dont know exactly how much but you could probably google some coin collector sight and find out.

sounds like it could be a 'novelty' coin. But you can take a look at the US Mint website to see if they have any information on doubleheaded quarters they produced.
