and i would also like to know how many members each state and territory has in the senate

The Senate has 2 members from every state. The House has varied numbers from each state based on population...see source below...

Each state has 2 in the Senate. The representatives go by population. They are all listed on the wikipedia page about halfway down. I don't usually use Wikipedia as a source but it was the only place I could find the listing without having to click on each state.

They are supposed to go 2 senate 2 to 4 house that I believe is the presumptive but they also go by economic worth to the national gross product but nowadays I think they do whatever they want because most Americans don't pay attention to our nations problems until it directly points at them.
