even though i erase all my stuff on the trashbin i still have some data on my computer,so, how can i delete permanantly?

format the hard drive but doing this will also erase everything else on you computer

i assume you do not study reinstalling. in the different case use format command and reinstall the operating device back. that should be the right decision to erase the most confusing document in the full workstation international. or merely use sofwares like norton shredder or some thing. yet formating a disk is maximum staggering for me and then reinstalling agian.

I think the safest solution is to replace the hard drive.

you would have to replace your hard drive on your cpu, because every action you take is recorded on it, i guess so that gov. can track you. and i kid you not, it is best to anihilate (burn, shoot, microwave, dissasemble/ smash) so no one can get into it, my dad would take a slow old cpu tower completly and shoot it untill you can't figure out what it was
