Did you say you have 2 as in two antivirus programs? Well get rid of one of them. AV programs use systems that will conflict with each other can make both of them non workable!

Pick ONE for permanent installation - be sure it is a good one. Like Kasperskie, etc (you can find ratings on the net)

Then if you are still uncomfortable use an online scanner every once and awhile. BUT get rid of ONE of the LOADED ones on your machine.!!!!!!!!!

You stated your problem right in your question. You can not at any time has 2 anti-virus programs installed. Never. They will conflict with each other as you are seeing now.

Go to Control Panel--> security center --->down the bottom left hand corner "Change the way Security Center Alerts me--->down the bottom click the check box "Virus Protection"

NB: you will need admin rights.
