sounds like you need to be speaking with him about this lil problem. you need to realize he told you this in the confidence that you are his wife and would not tell anyone ! if it was something that happened in his past then leave it there ! he told you so you wouldnt find out another way. he believes and trusts in you, i think you have found a pretty good fella if he confides his innermost secrets with you!

I cannot even begin to guess what it is but that is life. If it is that unforgettable it must have been really intense though lol. Was this about your husband or was it your husband who told you? You can choose to put it out of your mind though and not worry or think about it so much or let it bother you. You can learn to let it go and in doing so over time you will more then likely forget or wont think of it so much.

Let it go if you want to be happy it will destroy you. Every day you live in the past is a day you aint living for the present, and if its that bad maybe you see a counsler and get help.

You have to learn to forget.
I am told things that I never want to know, people often tell me things that disturb me to a great extent and I have had to learn to just delete it from my memory.
Hope this helps.

Think about it and think about it and think about it and think about - until you get bored with it. It will lose its intensity.

All the best!
