sun in first house..natal chart question?

ok..my sun is in capricorn :15.21 degrees..and ascendant in sagitarrius :22.26 degrees..shouldnt my sun and my rising sign be the same so that my sun is in the first house..im confused..how can my sun and rising sign be different and yet my sun is in the first house..sum1 plz explain this to me!?!

signs and houses do not align exactly... the degree of your rising sign shows you that... otherwise everyone's rising sign would be 0º... based on the degree of your sun, it seems it would almost be in your second house...
