nope. I see him sitting alone in the presidential theatre with a can of beer in one hand and a remote in the other, cackling as he goes back and forth, watching the humvee explode and then reassemble...

Yes, He loves this Country more than you can imagine. He has made this Country safe and stabilized it's economy after the 9-11 attack. There were more men and women that were killed in the airplanes, and buildings during the attack on America on 9-11 than there were soldiers that died in the war up until recently. It has just been in the past few months that the death toll of soldiers surpassed the death toll of civilians that were killed on 9-11 in one day! These men and women signed up knowing that there was a chance that they could go to war, others signed up because they wanted to defend this Country. I always get mad at the ignorant questions like this, and how we have to go into great detail to remind people that we were attacked and all of America was screaming WAR!!! I would guess that you have not noticed that we have not been attacked on American soil since 9-11. I would like to say that our soldiers are doing a wonderful job and I am grateful for them! I think that instead of giving all of this money to welfare people, that have the ability to work, we should take the money from them and give it to the people that actually do something constructive for this Country and give it to our Soldiers! The person that said that he killed more people than Saddam is sadly misinformed!!! Where do people get this crap and how dumb does someone have to be to believe it?

I dont think its a question of "care" And frankly, its none of your business if he does or doenst care, he's the commander in chief and he has the responsibility of seeing the big picture and acting as he sees fit.
When one joins the military, they know the risks involved. We in the US, have a volunteer to join military. So to join may mean to be maimed or to die. This is well know by every military person ive ever known.
From what ive observed, too many people have this idea that the military is to be a source of income and free training and now since the Iraq situtiation is upon us things are quite different than that and its bothersome.
To be a soldier can mean possible death or maiming and pain and grief for one's family. Choose this profession with that in mind as most of us have in the past and forever hold your peace.

So, if any Commander in Chief sends troops into combat, he hates those who die and doesn't care about their families? That seems to be a predominant belief of today's liberals in regard to our President. What kind of logic is this? It makes no sense at all. So, the only Presidents that care about the military rarely or never use it like Clinton. I'm guessing that those who believe such nonsense would probably not be willing to fight for their country under any circumstances. The only way you'd see them on the battlefield is if they were drafted.

LOL, okay here's a better question for you to ask. Saddam under his rule killed less people by his order than our own president. Who do YOU think should be hung?
Edited: My husband is a U.S soldier, above all... he knows first hand of what happens in Iraq. My grandfather was a soldier, my father, brother, and many family members. I understand most of you want to represent our country but when will we say that enough is enough? In past wars what did we do? Get in and get out. Now address all the Yahoo users WHY our families have to die. Thank you.

If he cares about them he has a funny way of showing it! He doesn't care enough to see that the soldiers get the help and care they need because of his stupidity!
