After my car accident and 8 months in the hospital, I was broken physically and emotionally. I self medicated for 2 years by drinking and drugging everyday and trying to commit slow suicide. Thankfully, I was living with my sister at the time and we would have long talks. She helped me through it and now I try to use that experience to help others who are in a dark place in their lives.
