good BUT crap store re customer services and crap manufacturer re customer services

Its not bad value, it has reasonable specs for the price. I would look around for what else there is on the market in that price range just to make sure.
As somebody else said, they have TERRIBLE customer service and not many of the people employed there seem to know much about computers... I recomend looking here, they always give fair prices and they really know what there talking about.
