I want to enable WEP Key rotation after a fixed interval (say 1 hr) on my Windows Laptop.
Is such an option available in Windows ? Else is there any free ware that can do the same....
Or at least is there a way to rotate the key via registry editing ??

WEP is the wrong choice, use WPA instead.
The rotation interval is configurable in your router setup.

are you talking about Window Entertainment Pack (WEP)
then go throw run/msconfig/startup and choose what do you want. but we care full.
