— There was a deep division inside the Justice Department about how to handle Berger, who ultimately was allowed to plead to misdemeanor charges, pay a small fine and avoid jail.

— DOJ lawyers involved in the case failed to let the 9/11 Commission know the scope and seriousness of the security breach, despite direct orders from top Justice officials.

Oh boy, the 9/11 investigation is far from over and many more skeletons are bound to be brought out to limelight, but the question is will they ever be!

The timing of this show should raise some questions. The Berger incident occurred 3 or 4 years ago, and he pled guilty to the misdemeanor shortly thereafter. The unprecedented firing of the eight US Attorneys occurred in January and is still being investigated.

Nothing to investigate. Berger is the only one that knows what he took from top secret files, no big deal though since Clinton sold more to China for election money. Also the attorneys that were fired. Who cares since when is somebody not allowed to lose a job. Especially when they aren't doing it in the eyes of their bosses.
