Where can I find a good design for a solar car?

It has to be able to be adjusted to fit a two litre milk bottle lengthways and sideways.

Model building with "Fischer Technik" has all kinds of shematics and stuff. solar things too. It is a German company but definitely has internet too... just google it. :)
