Be yourself and do not mind that much about those who hate you. Sometimes, people are negative towards us, no matter what we do. Don't waste your time trying to convince those who might not be convinced .
Time is precious. Don't live for the others.

Seriously, here is how you do it.
Imagine the best from those people. Imagine why they should like you. Imagine them liking you. Ignore any hateful words.
The more attention you give to their hate, the more you will draw that from them.
Then other things start to happen. You quit attracting those who hate you. Your world is then filled with people who love you. You will no longer care about those who hate.
In addition, others who love you will influence the hater towards your goals.

Difficult to try to help you with an answer, because you dont say why you believe people hate you. Hate is a very strong feeling, so could it be that they just dont seem to want to be your friend? Perhaps you could add more info to your question to help us try to help you out.

You don't owe anyone anything or have to prove anything those who love you unconditionally are the only ones needed. You don't have to convince anyone just yourself.
