The answer is 4.26. Work out the moles of H+ ions in each, add them together, divide by the new volume, and work out the new [H+].

Ideally you would do a keq equation based on the relative proportions and pH and its been a REALLY long time since I've done that.

However, since the amounts are the same in this question, the new pH would be 4.5. Just logical. Add the two pHs together and divide by 2.
