Ask Sprint first - if it's a phone that they don't support, they may have a problem or the phone may not work with Sprint.

That deal is for new customers, people who DON'T already have existing contracts with Sprint. They would be happy to sell you a second line at the "free" price, but you'll have 2 contracts, two monthly bill amounts, and two cancellation fees, if you cancel. (That's assuming you are eligible for a second line with a zero deposit...)

There is no such thing as a free phone. With all the features they are putting into these things, there is no way they can simply hand out free ones every time a better model comes out.

By the way, The MotoRAZR v3m is buggy, unreliable and "everybody" has it. Look at the new Samsung A610 or the Samsung Upstage. These are "sexier"-looking, have a lot smoother user interface, and I haven't had any problems with my 610 so far...

Well Not sure about sprint but I have Verizon and I have bought a few phones from outside sources and never had a problem. All they do is just change the phone ID on their system and your good to go. I was never charged a fee for it but I think if you start doing a like a few times a week or something you may get billed.

Those phones could show up as stolen on our sprint, always buy one from a sprint store... just buy it outright and we should be able to upgrade the phone on your account
