In your case I don’t see any ground as applicable for seeking Divorce either under the Hindu Marriage Act, 1955 or the Special Marriage Act, 1954 that you can use for getting it. Maximum what you can use is ground of desertion but this for ground the separation period between the couple should be at least two years, but in your case I doubt if you two are separated so long now. What you should do is make her to agree for divorce by mutual consent for which you may have to sacrifice some more of you property or money for which she may agree. How long divorce case can take in India? Depends on which ground you go for it, for divorce by mutual consent you require separate living for one year before you file joint petition for divorce, after which you have to wait for 18 months more for getting final decree of divorce. Write to me directly for more guidance if you want.

your story remebers me of my neighbour,he did the same thing gave her evreything, and at the end he died on the streets having nobody to look after, even his children did not care for him as he had nothing to offer, stay with her, hide ur love affair, she can use them against u,make sure she does not have any photographs of u with ur girlfriend, make her give u some mony back in the name of bussines or some thing cauz even if u go for a ligal fight u will need lots of money, try to find out if she has some affair thats the best way u both can part, and best thing is stay with her sought out she is the same wife u loved few days back.find out if she has some psychological problem get her treated for that.u can also get divorse on the ground of refusal of sex is that the problem.

After marital commitment, it is difficult morally and legally to divorce your wife on flimsy grounds. Divorce is available on solid grounds of marital incompatibility, health grounds, insanity, infidelity, elopement etc. in India. Outside it is a weekly affair.
