I think that child would jump for joy. That child wasn't wanted and it caused pain
for many years. I am happy as can be with my life now.

See some similarities but some huge differences. But, I'm a parent now and I understand my parents much better than I did then. Give them a lot more credit. But they could have done some things better. I also understand a lot of other things about this world much better now. I thought it was a better place back then.

She would be so proud of me. She had such a hard time - parents who were insane and abused her continually - and I have become a confident adult and a super good parent to my own daughter who is now 26 - Yep - she would be thrilled and perhaps a little shocked and surprised. We never thought it could be so good!!

This is a great question!!
I think she would be pretty surprised about where I live, who I married, and what I do for a living.
But she would definitely like playing with my youngest daughter!!

If she'd known then that things were going to be the way they are she'd have enjoyed life more before she came down with MS.
