You don't really even need a label. Everyone has their own preferences, and not everyone is going to fit into neat little categories. Yes, there is a risk of getting STDs when having sex, so take any precautions that you feel are necessary. I'd recommend asking your prospective partner to be tested if you have even the slightest doubt that he's clean.
If you find you love giving oral sex, then that just means you love giving oral sex. It doesn't automatically make you gay, as if waving a magic wand. Sexual orientation involves a lot of factors, not just what you do in the bedroom. So if you find yourself longing for a male partner as a life-long lover, then perhaps you should consider it. If you just want a guy for causal sex now and then, then keep looking for women, but don't feel guilty about giving head on the side.

Not that it matters but I would say no. Boring little boys will tell you otherwise, but the truth is no.
Most men, even if they won’t openly admit it are curious. You are just a little more open then they are. Good for you.
I don’t like labels, but lets face it, a woman who kisses another girl one in collage is not a lesbian, she may not even be considered bi, just curious. Even is a woman has a full fledged sexual fling with another woman for a brief time, if it was a one time thing, few people would consider her a true lesbian, most wouldn’t even think of her as being really bi. Unfortunately, society hasn't evolved to the point that will permit a man the same freedoms. A man that even voices interest in a another man is often labeled as gay., but I don't think that's a bad thing either. But then again, I'm nit a guy. ;-)

You sound like a bisexual fellow to me. Probably not a 50/50 though. You are more into women than men. You are not gay.
Yes, you can still get STDs by just taking part in oral sex with other men.
Some men who are bi prefer to just go the route you have described. Their male-on-male sexuality is entirely genital period, not even involving any show of affection, like kissing.

Apparently almost every straight person has a homosexual relationship and almost every gay or lesbian person has a heterosexual relationship.I would say you're bisexual,but what you call yourself is a personal thing.For instance my friend is "All straight and half gay."
