Drink a lot of water tonight - you may have to get up and p a lot, but the main reason you get a hangover is from the dehydration. But whatever you do, DO NOT take the advice above, and pop some Tylenol. There is something in Tylenol that reacts with alcohol, and GREATLY affects your liver - even more-so than the alcohol alone. Trust me - my friend in college SWORE by a big glass of water and 2 Tylenol every night, and he had to have major surgery. (And had to abstain from all alcohol, even mouthwash, for YEARS, until his body re-healed itself.)
That said, Cheers!

Hang overs are from getting dehydrated since alcohol replaces water as a fluid and then the body burns off the alcohol. I was told early in my drinking car rear to drink a pint or more of milk after a hard party night(chocolate is optional). It is heavy and fills the stomach and replaces fluids. IT WORKS GREAT!!!

Before you go to lay down take 2 to 4 asprin or tylenol with a large glass of water. When you wake up, take 2 more pills with more water and sleep a little longer. That's what I do and it always works for me!

To avoid a hangover start before you drink by eating starchy foods like (frenchfries). To nurse a hangover you have to drink alot of fluids because hangovers are dehydration to your system. The best thing is fruit punch , Gatorade things like that. Good Luck.

This used to work for me- one raw egg in a glass, sprinkled with cayenne pepper. Gulp it down, pop two ibuprofens, then chase it all with a cold beer. Drink the beer quickly. If you can keep it down, you'll feel fine in about twenty minutes.

Well, the night you're drinking, drink tons of water before you crash. Alcohol dehydrates you to an extreme, which contributes to the severity of the hang over.
