Each lawyer has his or her own specialty and fee schedule but realize you get what you pay for. You can go to a law school and solicit an attorney just passing the exams who may work inexpensively to get credentials but that won't make them good or experienced. Since legal fees are tax deductible, get the best you can afford not the cheapest priced lawyer who puts himself on sale because he's not qualified.
